Due to the nature of our products, all hair sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances. No hair products may be returned once purchased, whether used, unused, opened, or unopened.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded. Customers are responsible for reviewing all product details and policies prior to completing their purchase.
Any chargebacks or payment disputes filed after purchase will be fully contested with supporting documentation, including order confirmation, tracking information, and this policy. Customers who initiate chargebacks or disputes may be permanently restricted from future purchases.
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this policy in full.
